Managing Comments and Responses

  1. Access the admin dashboard by logging in at admin.courbanize.com.
  2. Navigate to Feedback and then Comments.
    • By default, all comments are displayed, starting with the most recent.
      • TIP: To identify comments that need responses, click Response Needed.
    • BEST PRACTICE: Take credit for actions you plan to address by marking applicable comments as Added to Plan.

Best Practices for Admin Responses

  • Respond within 24 HOURS
  • Be personal, brief, and friendly
  • Start by thanking the commenter
  • Politely correct any misinformation
