5. Managing Comment Topics

Step 1: Log in at admin.courbanize.com


Step 2: Navigate to Feedback and Questions

  • From the admin dashboard, click on Feedback in the left-hand menu.
  • Then, select Questions to manage comment topics.

Step 3: Understand Comment Topics and Question Groups

  • Comment topics are organized within question groups, which contain related questions.
  • coUrbanize has preloaded several default groups of comment topics that you can use as-is or customize to fit your project's needs.
    • These groups serve as either creative prompts or can be edited to better align with your specific project.
    • Tip: To hide a question, click the eye icon to the right of the question.

Step 4: Add Comment Topics

  • To add a comment topic, click Add Question at the top of the question group where you'd like to add it.
  • You can add different types of questions, including:
    • Open Response questions
    • Multiple Choice questions
    • Choose All That Apply questions
    • Ranked Choice questions

Step 5: Manage Question Groups

  • To manage visibility, click the 3 vertical dots to the right of each question group.
    • From here, you can set the group as active or inactive to determine which comment topics are displayed.
