Whitelisting emails from coUrbanize

We keep you informed on your project's latest activity with daily email notifications alerting you to new comments. Some companies use email filtering services that may keep our email notifications from getting to your inbox. You can designate coUrbanize as a "safe sender" to keep this from happening.

Here's how to make sure you receive important emails from coUrbanize:

Gmail

Step 1. Click the gear icon in your Gmail inbox and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu

Step 2. In Settings, choose the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab

Step 3. Click "Create a new filter"

Step 4. In the "From" field, enter courbanize.com

Step 5. Choose "Create filter"

Step 6. Check the box "Never send it to Spam"

Step 7. Click "Create filter"

Congrats! This should ensure emails from coUrbanize come to your inbox.

Outlook

Step 1. Choose "Actions" > "Junk Email" > "Junk Email Options"

Step 2. Open the "Safe Senders" tab

Step 3. Click "Add"

Step 4. Enter courbanize.com

Step 5. Choose "OK," then "OK" again to confirm.

Great! You should be all set to receive emails from coUrbanize.

Whitelisting

If you followed the steps above in your email client and are still not receiving emails from coUrbanize, your IT department will need to whitelist coUrbanize's email domain. You can share the following information with them:

  • Add the courbanize.com email domain to your organization's safe list
  • Add the following IP address to your organization's safe list: 167.89.92.3
